We joined the Little Elm Chamber of Commerce, completing the set alongside Frisco and The Colony. Little Elm sits at the north end of the same FM 423 corridor we are on, which makes us a straightforward drive for families there. As with the others, this is membership rather than an award, and we would rather say so plainly.

Little Elm is one of the fastest-growing, most tight-knit communities in North Texas, and a huge number of the families we care for every week call it home. Joining the Little Elm Chamber of Commerce was an easy yes. It connects us more directly with the neighbors, schools, and local businesses that make this corner of Denton County such a special place to live and grow.
As a locally owned, patient-focused practice founded in 2024, we built Tribute Family Dentistry to be exactly what a hometown dental office should be: warm, approachable, and genuinely invested in the people who walk through our doors. An Easy Drive Down FM 423
One of the things Little Elm families tell us they appreciate most is how simple it is to get to us. From most Little Elm neighborhoods, you head south on FM 423 and stay straight for roughly six to seven miles. We are on the right at Lebanon Road, sitting right next door to our sister orthodontic practice. It is one of the easiest dental commutes in the area, which makes squeezing in a cleaning before work or a checkup after school drop-off completely doable.

Head south on FM 423 from Little Elm, continue straight for about six to seven miles, and Tribute Family Dentistry will be on your right at the intersection of Lebanon Road and FM 423.

Dr. Kevin Baharvand, DMD, MS
A board-certified orthodontist and Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, Dr. Baharvand is an AJO-DO cover clinician, an Orthotown editorial board member, and was named a D Magazine Best Dentist in 2026 and a Living Magazine Readers’ Choice winner in 2026. He co-owns Tribute Family Dentistry and serves as owner and lead orthodontist of Elate Orthodontics.
Dr. Julia Kang, DMD
Dr. Kang earned her DDS from Seoul National University and her DMD from Boston University, completed an externship at Harvard, and is a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society. She brings a meticulous, patient-centered approach to the practice’s standard of care.
Dr. Baharvand and Dr. Kang lead the orthodontic side of the network at Elate Orthodontics. General dentistry at Tribute Family Dentistry is delivered by its dedicated dental team, including Dr. Roberts and registered dental hygienist Kenneth Bui, RDH.

Is Chamber membership a form of accreditation?

Tribute is a family owned, independent practice on FM 423 in Frisco. I own it with my wife, Dr. Julia Kang, DMD, MS. We both trained at Boston University and we are both members of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon national honor society. I am a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Day to day, most patients and their kids see Dr. Christina Pham, DMD, our general and family dentist, and oral surgery is handled by Dr. David Roberts, DDS, who has been doing it for more than 35 years.
We handle the whole family in one place: cleanings and preventive care, fillings, crowns, bridges, implants, root canals, extractions and wisdom teeth, whitening, night guards, and emergency visits. Open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
If you need braces or clear aligners, that is the other side of what we do. Elate Orthodontics, our sister practice, treats kids, teens, and adults out of three offices in Frisco and The Colony.
