Same-Day Treatment

Whenever possible, we treat the problem the same visit — extraction, root canal, temporary restoration, or abscess drainage. You leave with a plan and real relief.

Toothache or Sudden Pain

Throbbing, sharp, or constant tooth pain almost always has a diagnosable cause. We find it and address it the same visit whenever possible.

Swelling in Gums or Face

Swelling indicates infection that needs urgent care. We evaluate the source, drain the abscess if appropriate, and prescribe antibiotics when needed.

Broken or Chipped Tooth

A fracture can expose the nerve and cause significant pain, or it may be painless but still at risk. We assess the damage and recommend bonding, a crown, or extraction.

Lost Filling or Crown

An exposed tooth is vulnerable to pain and further damage. We can often re-cement or place a temporary restoration the same visit to protect it.

Knocked-Out Tooth

Call us immediately and come straight in. Keep the tooth moist — in milk or between cheek and gum. Time is critical for reimplantation.

Do I need an appointment to be seen?

No — we accept walk-ins during business hours Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Calling ahead is always helpful so we can prepare and give you an accurate wait time, but it is not required.

Can urgent care or the ER handle a dental problem?

Urgent care centers and ERs can offer pain relief and antibiotics, but they cannot perform dental procedures — no extractions, no drainage, no root canals. Only a dentist can treat the underlying problem. Coming to us directly gets you real relief faster.

Will you pull a tooth the same day I walk in?

Yes, when it is medically appropriate. We evaluate with an exam and X-ray first and discuss all options with you. Same-day extractions are common for walk-in patients when the tooth is beyond saving or causing significant pain.

What if I have no insurance and no money right now?

Call us and be honest about your situation. We will work with you. Our Smile Savings Plan, CareCredit financing, and Cherry financing give patients real options. We will never let cost stop us from at least evaluating what’s happening and giving you a clear path forward.

When should I go to the ER instead of a walk-in dentist?

Go to the ER if you have fever with significant facial or neck swelling, difficulty breathing or swallowing, or feel systemically very unwell. These may indicate a spreading infection. After the ER stabilizes you, call us for definitive dental treatment.

Can my whole family walk in together?

Yes. We see patients of all ages — kids, teens, adults, and seniors — all at the same practice. If multiple family members need urgent care, call ahead so we can plan accordingly and minimize wait time for everyone.
