We are a family-owned, independent practice. There are no corporate owners, no production quotas, no revolving door of providers. Our Story
A Husband & Wife Team. A Community. A Mission.
Dr. Kevin Baharvand and Dr. Julia Kang — a husband and wife who met at Boston University dental school and completed their orthodontic residency together at Jacksonville University — opened Elate Orthodontics in 2019 on the FM 423 corridor in Frisco. From the beginning, their vision extended beyond orthodontics: they wanted to give families a single address for complete dental and orthodontic care.
Tribute Family Dentistry opened in 2024 — the next step in completing that vision. With general dentistry, oral surgery, and orthodontics now side by side on FM 423, families in Frisco have a true dental home where every provider knows them, and every aspect of their care is coordinated under one roof.
Today, Tribute Family Dentistry and Elate Orthodontics together serve patients of all ages across the FM 423 corridor — three orthodontic locations across Frisco and The Colony with over 1,000 five-star reviews, and a growing general dentistry practice built around the same family-first philosophy.
