The short answer
We are at 5605 FM 423, Suite 600-B, just north of the Lebanon intersection, which puts us a few minutes from Waterstone and most of the 75036 side of Frisco. The practical questions for anyone in this corridor are not really about dentistry. They are about the traffic on 423, which appointment times avoid it, and whether one office can handle the whole family so you are not making the drive three times.
If you live in Waterstone or anywhere along the 423 corridor in 75036, you already know the constraint. Everything is close in miles and occasionally far in minutes.
That corridor has changed enormously in the last decade. It used to be the edge of Frisco and now it is a dense stretch of neighbourhoods with one main road running through the middle of it, which is why we wrote separately about what happens at Lebanon and FM 423.
So this is less a pitch than a practical guide to getting dental care handled in this part of town without losing a day to it.

The appointment times that actually work here
We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Within that, three windows behave very differently on 423.
First thing, right at eight. Traffic is heading the other way, you are in and out before the day starts, and if you have kids you have them at school afterwards instead of pulling them out mid morning.
Mid morning, roughly ten to eleven thirty. The quietest stretch on the road and usually the easiest to schedule.
Late afternoon is the one to think twice about. School pickup and the start of the evening commute stack up on 423, and an appointment that should take twenty minutes to reach can take considerably longer. If afternoon is your only option, that is fine, just build in the buffer.

What one office should be able to handle
The point of a neighbourhood dental office is that you are not driving to three different places. Here is what that means in practice.

If you are new to the neighbourhood
A lot of 75036 is people who moved here in the last few years, which means a lot of dental records still sitting at an office in another city or another state.
You do not need to collect them yourself. Call the old office, give them our name and email, and ask them to send your records and most recent x-rays. It is a routine request and they do it constantly. The x-rays are the part worth chasing, because it means not repeating a set you just had.

How to pick between the offices near you
There are several dental offices along this stretch of 423 and their websites all say the same things. Gentle, family friendly, advanced technology. You cannot separate them on that.
Two questions do separate them quickly. Who owns the practice, and can I get the treatment estimate in writing before anything is scheduled. An independent office answers both in seconds.
We are family owned. My wife and I own it, and we own Elate Orthodontics as well, which is why the two sides actually talk to each other about sequencing when somebody needs both.

Every dental website in this corridor says the same six adjectives. Ask who owns it and ask for the estimate in writing, and the list gets short fast.
