The short answer
Our office sits at Lebanon Road and FM 423, which City of Frisco engineering data identifies as the highest volume intersection in the city. That cuts both ways. It means we are genuinely convenient to west Frisco, The Colony, Little Elm, and the Prosper side, and it means the time of day you book matters. First thing in the morning or mid morning avoids most of it.
Right at Frisco’s Busiest Corner: What Lebanon & FM 423 Means for Our Patients
Tribute Family Dentistry sits at the single highest-volume intersection in the entire City of Frisco. Here is what that means for access, appointments, and the neighborhoods we serve across West Frisco, The Colony, Little Elm, and Hollyhock-Prosper.
The Corner That Moves Frisco
When Community Impact reported on improvements at Lebanon Road and FM 423, the data point that stood out was simple and telling: according to a City of Frisco Engineering Services report, this intersection is the highest-volume intersection in the entire city. Frisco’s engineers identified it as the busiest corner in a city of more than 230,000 people, which is the reason the City committed $9.71 million to rebuild the intersection with added through lanes, new left-turn lanes in both directions, and a separate $14 million project to widen Lebanon Road from four lanes to six between FM 423 and Todd Road.
Tribute Family Dentistry sits right there at 5605 FM 423, Suite 600-B, Frisco, TX 75036. For our patients, that location is not a coincidence. It is a decision. The busiest corner in Frisco is the one that works for the most families, because it sits at the seam where West Frisco, The Colony, Little Elm, Phillips Creek Ranch, Lone Star Ranch, The Tribute, and Frisco Lakes all meet.
What Community Impact Reported
The November 2023 Community Impact article covered a Frisco Engineering Services report on intersection capacity. A few facts from that reporting are worth pulling out, because they help explain why this part of town is the way it is:
- Lebanon Road and FM 423 is the highest-volume intersection in Frisco, per City Engineering Services.
- A third eastbound lane was added on Lebanon from Deerwood Lane to the first median just east of FM 423.
- New left-turn lanes were added in both the eastbound and westbound directions.
- The intersection improvements cost $9.71 million, funded by the City of Frisco.
- A separate $14 million project widens Lebanon from four lanes to six from FM 423 to Todd Road.
Translation for our patients: the City of Frisco specifically invested in making this corner easier to move through. The access roads that bring you to our front door have been rebuilt to handle the volume.

Neighborhoods We See Every Day
Because Lebanon and FM 423 is the crossroads between West Frisco, The Colony, and Little Elm, patients pull into our parking lot from communities that would otherwise take 15 to 20 extra minutes to reach a dental office further east in Frisco. If you live or work in any of these neighborhoods, you are minutes from our chair:
A peek at drive times from each of those areas, assuming normal midday traffic on the newly widened corridor:
- The Tribute / Frisco Lakes: roughly 5 to 8 minutes south on FM 423.
- Phillips Creek Ranch: about 6 minutes north on FM 423.
- Lone Star Ranch: under 10 minutes via Main Street or Lebanon.
- The Colony (north of 121): 7 to 10 minutes straight up FM 423.
- Little Elm: 8 to 12 minutes south on FM 423.
What a High-Volume Location Means for Your Visit
Sitting at the busiest corner in Frisco sounds like a headline. What it actually means for a patient is quieter and more useful:
Easy to work into a real day
School drop-off in West Frisco, a run to Kroger or Tom Thumb, a lunch at Shoppes at Westside Market, a dental cleaning, back to work. Our location lets patients stack errands without driving across town.
Appointments that fit commutes
Most of our patients pass this intersection every day anyway. Early morning and after-school slots are built around the traffic patterns the City of Frisco has been measuring for years.
One-stop family care
Because we share a building with Elate Orthodontics, a family can do a kids cleaning, an adult exam, and an orthodontic consult without driving anywhere else.
Short emergency drive times
A broken tooth, a knocked-out crown, a weekend injury. When you need a dentist fast, a central corner beats a destination location tucked three miles off the main road.
Our Orthodontic Referral Partner
Patients who need braces or Invisalign are referred right next door to our sister practice, Elate Orthodontics, which has earned more than 1,000 five-star Google reviews across its three North Texas locations. Sharing the same parking lot means a family can coordinate dental and orthodontic visits in a single trip, something that only works at a location this central.

About Tribute Family Dentistry
200+ five-star Google reviews • Family owned and independent • D Magazine Best Dentist 2026 • Living Magazine Readers' Choice 2026 • Se habla espanol
Tribute is a family owned, independent practice on FM 423 in Frisco. I own it with my wife, Dr. Julia Kang, DMD, MS. We both trained at Boston University and we are both members of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon national honor society. I am a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Day to day, most patients and their kids see Dr. Christina Pham, DMD, our general and family dentist, and oral surgery is handled by Dr. David Roberts, DDS, who has been doing it for more than 35 years.
We handle the whole family in one place: cleanings and preventive care, fillings, crowns, bridges, implants, root canals, extractions and wisdom teeth, whitening, night guards, and emergency visits. Open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
If you need braces or clear aligners, that is the other side of what we do. Elate Orthodontics, our sister practice, treats kids, teens, and adults out of three offices in Frisco and The Colony.
