Frisco’s engineers identified it as the busiest corner in a city of more than 230,000 people, which is the reason the City committed $9.71 million to rebuild the intersection with added through lanes, new left-turn lanes in both directions, and a separate $14 million project to widen Lebanon Road from four lanes to six between FM 423 and Todd Road.
