Tribute Family Dentistry occupies a deliberately chosen location at 5605 FM 423, Suite 600-B, Frisco, TX 75036. The address is technically within Frisco city limits, but the building sits within walking distance of the boundary with The Colony and a short drive from the southern edge of Little Elm. The Tribute peninsula — a narrow strip of master-planned residential community jutting south into Lewisville Lake — begins less than a mile to the south.
This placement was intentional. When Dr. Baharvand and Dr. Kang began planning the practice in 2023, the FM 423 corridor was the fastest-growing residential zone in southern Denton County, with new neighborhoods coming online across Phillips Creek Ranch, Lone Star Ranch, Frisco Lakes, and the Tribute peninsula. The corridor’s family demographics — young couples, growing families, school-age children — aligned naturally with the practice’s family-first model.
